What is the Human Life Model (HLM)?

At the core of Uare.ai is the Human Life Model (HLM), a proprietary framework that is used as the foundation to create high-fidelity Individual AIs. It helps shape who you are, not as a profile or persona, but as a living model built from the distinct dimensions that makes you, you.

The Seven Dimensions

The Human Life Model (HLM) is made up of seven dimensions:

Identity

Identity is the most fundamental layer of your model. Your voice, your values, your point of view. It captures the core of who you are, independent of what you do or where you are in life.

World

World maps the context around you. Your environment, your relationships, and the people who shape how you move through life. It gives your AI an understanding of the external forces and connections that influence how you think and act.

Story

Story is the throughline of your life. The history, the moments, and the narrative that connect where you have been to where you are now. It is not a timeline of events, it is the meaning you have made from them.

Mindset

Mindset captures how you think, your beliefs, your mental models, and the internal frameworks you rely on to make sense of the world. It is the operating system beneath every decision and perspective you hold.

Drive

Drive is what pulls you forward such as your goals, your motivations, and what you are genuinely after. It gives your AI a sense of direction, so it understands not just who you are today but what you are building toward.

Pattern

Pattern surfaces the recurring behaviors, rhythms, and routines that show up consistently in your life. These are often the things you know instinctively but have never put into words and they are some of the most revealing parts of your model.

Growth

Growth tracks your trajectory. Where you are evolving, what you are learning, and the edges where change is actively happening. It is the dimension that keeps your model alive, ensuring your AI grows as you do.

Together, these seven components form a model trained on one person, you. That is the premise the entire platform is built on. No aggregated population data. No averaged responses. The HLM is what makes your Individual AI yours.

As your Individual AI grows and learns, the My AI Fidelity Level will increase. You will start as New and grow from there.

One rule applies across the platform: every person using Uare.ai must have a real human representative behind it. No fictional characters. No faceless corporate AIs.

The Human Life Model requires every Individual AI have a person behind it, because at the end of the day, we are all Individuals first.
