Video credits

I have tried to make a 60 second video and my AI tells me I have enough credits to do so, once she begins with the storyboard, she stops and says I don’t have enough credits. I ask her how much each video costs and she tells me she doesn’t know. I try for a shorter video, and she says she’ll try and only after she fails does she give me the total.
