Unable to create video haven't done one yet am on beta

Karry is on the beta plan and is trying to create a video using the platform's storyboard and video generation feature. When she tries to generate a storyboard, it's failing with a message saying her fal.ai balance is exhausted and asking her to top up at fal.ai/dashboard/billing. She hasn't been able to build a single video yet and believes video creation should be included in the beta. Can you help clarify what's happening and what she should do to get this resolved?
