Same problem from yesterday

This morning it seems to be doing better. Now it's back to the same place again. I gave it a simple instructions eo upload some graphics; he will start, talkin come to the end of a sentence, stop, and that's it 6-8 times, same thing. He will apologize and say im going to do it now and do nothing. He is also lying  a lot more than normal
