Non-responsive Chat Session (web and mobile)

Carried out a fairly lengthy chat session including dropping multiple image files of handwritten documents. The chat eventually stopped taking my keyboard input and, of course, would not respond either. Other chat sessions work fine. The same chat remains unresponsive the next day and also when trying to access it on the mobile app.
