Knowledge Scores go retrograde.
Started HLM training today at 335. It went to 336 after the first interaction, then dropped back to 330 after the second. This is a recurring observation. However it is calculating and applying updates seems very odd. Need a ratchet mechanism to stop backslip.

Here’s an update. I worked on the system all morning. Not on HLM pillar knowledge, but just general input stuff. Lo and Behold! My Knowledge Score is now 205! It was 334 earlier today. Why am I being punished? There’s clearly a very significant problem here.
This might be a hint … I needed to clear my browser cache because a bug report that I was creating had hung up on the screen without saving. So is the knowledge score somehow associated with volatile memory residing in my browse cache or cookies? It was within seconds of clearing the cache and re-logging in that the downgrade to 205 occurred.

So here’s the deal. I tried training on the HLM “Story” pillar. I was punished for my 60 minutes of effort by having it drop from 20% to 18%. I tried again for another 60 minutes. I ended up at 16% when I was done. So do we have an errant negative sign in the system somewhere? Every time I manage to drive my overall knowledge score up by 8 points, it suddenly drops back by 4 of those 8 points. I think we might want to fix this.
