Knowledge Score not Incrementing.

The Knowledge Score (beside the Owl icon) is no longer ticking up. Training session was started by clicking on Owl, then clicking on Fidelity tab, then choosing a pillar, then clicking on Explore. This method always worked before. Now I have been answering targeted questions for about 60 minutes, and the score hasn’t ticked up once. Normally notification with flash up in the bottom right corner of the interface saying “You AI has learned something about <blank>”. I’ve receive not such pop up after 60 minutes of chat.
