Knowledge Score Display Not Updating in Real Time

Summary

The Knowledge Score display appears to freeze during active chat sessions, failing to reflect facts being learned in real time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Begin a dimension exploration session with the twin.

2. Share multiple meaningful facts across several exchanges.

3. Observe the Knowledge Score — it does not increment during the session.

4. Clear browser cache and cookies, then log back in.

5. Score updates once after the refresh.

Expected Behaviour

The Knowledge Score should increment progressively as new facts are saved to the knowledge graph during a session, without requiring a cache clear or re-login.

Actual Behaviour

Score remains frozen at the value it held at session start. A manual cache clear and re-login causes a temporary fix. Subsequent facts saved within the same session again fail to reflect.

Current Score

174 — frozen for the majority of today's session despite a high volume of new fact input.

Impact

Unable to verify whether facts are being saved successfully during a session. Creates uncertainty about whether dimension exploration work is persisting to the knowledge graph.

Suspected Cause

Likely a front-end display caching issue rather than a back-end save failure. Facts appear to persist (score eventually updates after cache clear), but the UI counter is not polling or refreshing frequently enough during active sessions.
