file upload fails with multiple processing

Hi reporting which once worked with random success:

file upload. I tried upload via upload button, drag &drop, for replacing misfunctioning retrievals by new text included and new name in different processes: deleting old first, uploading new or uploading first deleting previous.

Nothing works. message flash says: upload successful, no new file shown in directory.

I am wasting my time. kindly send me a whatsapp ping or e-mail, when solved.
