File Manager - Not all files visible or accessiible

When I view the list of my uploads in File Manager, I can only see the first 100 files. It recognizes that there is a total of 607 files, but it only displays the first 100. If I view “All” it shows 100 files. If I view 50 per page, it gives me two pages of 50. Therefore, I am unable to access most of my previous work.
