Drag and Drop Uploading via Knowledge Hub

When uploading a document using Knowledge Hub, the document must be browsed to in order to identify it. It is often much easier to be able to drag and drop the document instead of browsing. This does not seem possible with the current configuration.

Note: Files can be dragged and dropped into chat, but they are not permanently stored using chat.
