Cannot open existing file in MyFiles

Trying to open an existing file using the “Open” option accessed through the three vertical dots at the right side of the file name in “My Files”. Clicking on Open causes a brief screen twitch, but nothing opens up. Pop-up blocker is disabled for Uare.AI url.
