The Human Life Model (HLM) is our proprietary framework and the foundation of your Individual AI. It captures who you are across seven dimensions: Identity, World, Story, Mindset, Drive, Pattern, and Growth. Together they form an AI that speaks, thinks, and creates the way you do.

Build Your Human Life Model

Select the on the left hand sidebar to go to the Human Life Model page.

The Human Life Model page shows your current AI fidelity level at a glance. When you first arrive, all seven components — Identity, World, Story, Mindset, Drive, Pattern, and Growth — will show 0%.

That is not a gap, it is a starting point. Every component begins at 0% and fills in as your Individual AI learns more about you through the knowledge and conversation you share.

Improve Your Fidelity

Fidelity is how well your Individual AI knows you. The more you share, the higher each component's percentage climbs, and the more accurately your AI can represent, reflect, and respond like you.

In the beginning, My AI Fidelity Level will read as New, meaning your AI can introduce you, but doesn't yet know your story. Building fidelity is not a one-time setup. It deepens over time through ongoing conversation and knowledge you add.

Chat with Pillars

Tapping any pillar’s card opens a detail view showing how many facts your AI has gathered for that area. When a component is at 0%, it shows no facts yet, and prompts you to start a conversation to build it out.

Each component has its own dedicated chat. When you open one, your Individual AI takes the lead, asking you questions specific to that dimension of your life.

Exploring World might surface questions about your views on the world. Exploring Story might ask about formative moments you experienced. You don't need to know what to say. Your Individual AI guides the conversation.

You can also directly chat about each pillar in the chat window, by selecting the human icon. Select one of the pillars and your AI will continue the conversation.

Add Knowledge

Conversation is one path. Adding knowledge is another. Documents, notes, writing samples, past work. Anything that captures how you think, what you know, or who you are can be added directly to your Human Life Model (See Upload Knowledge section or select Upload Knowledge in chat).

Knowledge is processed and mapped to the relevant components, filling in facts your AI can draw from without requiring you to narrate everything manually.

The two work together. Knowledge gives your AI a foundation to build on. Conversation adds nuance, context, and the parts of yourself that no document fully captures.

As facts accumulate across components, the percentages rise and your fidelity level advances.

A richer model means an Individual AI that sounds more like you, responds more like you, and over time, becomes a genuine representation of who you are.
